Finally Some Rain.

This is the first real good rain that wasn’t a dusty wind storm that the boys are able to get out in. They are absolutely having a blast playing in it.

The King is Home

The king is finally home and getting big. We have had two checkups so far and he’s over 7 lbs now. What an amazing little guy he is.

Maxton is getting fat!

Max might be coming home soon! *Crosses Fingers*

He is now 5lbs. 15oz. and eating on his own. Has all tubes out of him except the feeding tube, but with his feeds getting better, that may come out soon as well.

It’s been quite  the Journey.

Maxton is still kicking it in NICU!

My little man is doing well in NICU, but not as well as we hoped for initially. He developed NEC (Necrotizing Enterocolitis) and required a PICC line to be inserted up his arm and into an artery to better deliver anti-biotics.

He’s doing well though. He is 4lbs 6oz currently and can’t eat for about 5 or 6 more days, but has lipids and nutrients via IVs.
